They kept the car for 2 days instead of one. I had to phone for updates. Responsible person was always on launch and didn't return my calls On the morning of collection they made me wait 3 hours because they were "washing the car". Car wasn't washed.

my car was late twice and i dont mean delayed I mean that i was due to pick it up the next day and twice the afternoon before the dealership cancelled thedamaged once, initially the dealship dealt with this badly I am still waiting for rubber mats

Phoned to book my car in for a service and the end of warranty service at the beginning of April. Earliest I could be booked in was beginning of May. I explained my warranty ran out on the 29th April and asked for extension to deadline. Was told no.

our sale person made an accounting error then realised she it was an error, plus we had to sign the documentation 2/3 times over as she kept realising there were errors in the info.
