The service centre had the car all day and didn't even start to do the thing I had brought it in for (which is leaving the car insecure), even though they knew I had driven 2 hours to get there and that leaving the car in overnight was not possible.

I had to wait 30+ minutes to pick up my car. When it was finally my turn, I was handed the key and told there was no balance. Since your team knew I had purchased an extended service package, why did I need to wait that long just to pick up a key?

Very frustrating to find I had to wait 5 weeks to book in my recent service, I have never had this problem before and have been getting my BMWs and now Mini serviced there for many years. My husband also had the same problem recently.

Initial service seemed great, but... after the service we realised there was a new problem... My wife tried to call several times to rebook - getting through, getting transferred multiple times and then with promises to call back which never happen

Conor was very helpful without being pushy! He sold our daughter her first mini and she was impressed how he dealt with it. Conor had a hard act to follow after Aaron (originally in Hexagon Highgate) but he managed it fine! Loving mine too!
