No pre-warning car could not be Valeted (outside) until car completed and ready for pick up - water cut off site that day. But wasn't charged for labour for lightbulb so team did what they could but would like more forewarning of intentions.

Greig agreed for our mini to have a bow on it but this wasn't on the car when seen for the first time. I didn't think Connor had the knowledge that he should have had. We found out later that we hadn't signed all the paperwork!

Because my vehicle needed a new tyre as part of its MOT and the prices for supply and fit where extortionate in comparison to the rest of the market and so this gives the impression that your service department charges inflated prices.

Great help on the phone, although we were a little alarmed to be told we had a recall on our car from the beginning of the year and had not received any correspondence regarding this. We asked for a copy if the letter but have not received this.
