Because of Jess, my sales advisor. My learning difficulties makes decisions etc more of a struggle for me. Jess did not know I had learning difficulties, at the age of 40- Ive learnt to mask them not to be judged. Not once did Jess judge me!
Absolutely TERRIBLE service. This is the worst I've experienced from a first-class car manufacturer. Staff were extremely rude, I was charged £190 for tyre and then got into my car and the tyre pressure wasn't even reset and the alloys not cleaned.
All run pretty smoothly - though given some hick-ups with the car exchange, i was promised a small gift on delivery which never happened...
Lack of communication about my job.Continually had to ring to find out information.Wasted 3 days. Really unhappy about the service I got.
The courtesy and warmth shown made my experience a very pleasant one making the whole experience

They even come and collect and deliver your car to the same place they find it, leaving you able to get on with your day.
Conor did a very good job overall despite the challenging circumstances associated with my purchase. On both occasions the car had some issues that had to be fixed after delivery but it was done quickly (although could have been avoided)

Mini park lane were great, they were very patient, gave me the time I needed to make a decision and were never pushy. Always happy to answer questions and were very accommodating, they went above and beyond my expectations with their customer service
Just a few lumps and bumps up to final delivery dropped this from 5 stars. Some accessories are still awaited.

My sales rep Lauren was nothing but amazing! She was very personable during appointments/test drive, happily arranged follow up visits to tweak my spec, gave a thorough explanation of the features at handover, proactively updated me on order progress

From wanting the mini to getting it was only a couple of weeks. Everyone was very helpful excellent service from the team .

The appointment I made and the text confirmation I received were not the same as the appointment in the service centres system. This meant I had a wasted journey the first time and had to return on another day for the service.
Nothing to complain about
I booked my car in for a service and brought the car to the garage only to be told that I hadnt done enough miles for the service plan - no one on the phone asked me the milage, I had a wasted journey to the garage.
Laura Russon and Guljar Ali were fantastic in helping me purchase our Mini.
There were a few issues but all were resolved and I was left satisfied. A very good customer service recovery.
My car was booked in, collected at the time arranged, and I was called to discuss any work needed. The car was delivered back to me promptly.
I love my MINI so I love the people who look after it for me...
